Trip to Winnipeg River Heritage Museum
We’re excited to announce a trip to the Winnipeg River Heritage Museum to explore nativity scenes from all around the world. Epiphany will will cover the transportation and admission costs.

Bus leaves at 8:30 AM
Lunch around 1:00 PM
Return to Epiphany around 4:00 PM

Christmas Eve Service
We’d love for you to join us at Epiphany Lutheran Church for our Christmas Eve services! We’ll be gathering at 4 PM and 7 PM.
Advent Lunch
Please join us on Sunday, Nov. 30th, following the service for our third annual Advent Lunch.
This will be catered by Calabria and feature meat lasagna (with a gluten-free option), salad, garlic toast & dessert.

Get into the holiday spirit with this DIY class where you will create your very own holiday arrangement. Choose from 2 different box sizes to suit your style. Class is 3-4hours in length. Sponsored by Epiphany Lutheran Church, funds raised will go towards a window replacement project.

Adult Education
• How are Lutherans and Anglicans distinct? How are they related?
• What are the shared beliefs and theologies?
• What does it mean to have this shared ministry?
Pastor Paul and Pastor Val will share the historical background and the connection between the Anglican Church of Canada and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada on Thursday, October 23rd at the church, with on-line option available. Going the Distance for the Urban
Rhonda Gorham, the ministry manager at the Urban, is really excited about Going the Distance and is right on it this year. I’ve already received an early email asking us to save the date! Put Saturday, September 20, 2025 in your calendar. (Rain date will follow).
Communion at King’s Park
We’ll gather close to sunset for a simple and quiet (and not too long!) service of holy communion.
Meet in the parking lot at 6:45 p.m.
Adult Education
On Thursday, September 25th at 7:00 p.m., we will get together at the church to discuss “Unmistakable”. “Unmistakable” is a reflection piece written by Chelsea Sosiak, who is a member of the Epiphany family. Chelsea is a gifted writer and the creator of Owl Tree Whimsy, which is her personal website.
Chelsea has graciously agreed to guide us through “Unmistakable”, which is about the open-endedness of good conversations, being vulnerable, and being surprised by goodness.
